  • Okey LittleStain, But what if I set the Player(gun) Invisible and then Player(Crouch) Visible. The Collision Polygon will be not allowing to go through small holes as the player(crouch) Collision Polygon is smaller?

  • It didn't work LittleStain, The Hitboxes just stay in one place they dont follow the zombie. But Is there a way to make the PINK Box Sprite collide?

    As soon as I removed the Solid from the Zombie behavior it stopped flying across the map with the high speed...

  • Okey Jayjay I have created Collision_zombie(PINK BOX) - On start of layout - Set position & Pin

    I moved the 4 collision bullets away, but even without the pink box ti still kills 2 of them and it's still does that random flying thing

    Im good with images but not good with coding this ...

    Sorry for bothering you on this one soo much

    I forgot to mention on how do you change Animations:

    Playing ( Player Animation ) and when you pick up the gun how do you change them ?

    • By destroying the Player Animation? or Making it invisible? while it's pinned to the Original Player or shade of the player?

    Whats the best way ?

    Because if I make it invisible it will not make the crouch (Player square) smaller? so he wont fit as the invisible square is there and not letting it go through small places where you need to crouch...

    Or if for example I will have inventory in the future then if Item is selected play animation?

    But...

    Then how do you make that the animation does not stop the legs for 1 sec in between changing the items? Because when you keep changing the other Items it will keep changing the animation to start from beginning ? So it's going to have like a body glitch? I hope You got what I mean Ty for listening!

  • Hello everybody I'm having problems with the main character, basically I want to make that:

    When - Left mouse clicked (gun) >> set animation to (player_gun)

    But then:

    When Key (S) is down (Player Crouch) >> set animation to (player_crouch)

    But how do i make so when player has already picked up the gun before, then when he presses (S) then play animation (Player_crouch_gun).

    And another problem is when I get stopped by the wall because the player is too big to go through and still holding button go left.... as soon as I press S to crouch it's teleporting him as he was walking with out stopping? So it moves him to the position like the player never stopped.

  • Hey Jayjay Ty for replying! Yes I did the bullet collide it with zombie but it wont work as the zombies are standing at exact same pixel. So it's gonna kill them both or if there is 10 of them.

    I'm having trouble with creating the thing you told me . I'm probably doing something wrong again ...

    What Happens:

    Maybe it's because the pink box is too low? how do I align it to the center ?

  • Hey Jayjay Thank you! Everything works now! I set it all invisible so the zombie is only visible for the player but when the zombies are standing in the same line and position, what happens is when I shoot the zombie they die together so it doesn't really matter if there are 100 of them(zombies) you will still kill them with 2 bullets in the head as it takes away 50 health from 100... .

    So I have come up with Idea creating:

    Solid sprite that will separate them both from colliding together - Which is a pink block

    But...The zombies spazzing out (going crazy all over the place) when I add it.

    Which is the best way of doing it?

    • Putting the zombieCollider into the >> Zombie Container? that's what I tried doing ant I failed somewhere (thats where the zombie was spazzing out all over the map)
    • On start of layout Pin it to each zombie?
    • or any other ways to do it?

  • Hello guys I have a question that really bothers me... How do you create a door that opens when you click it and closes when you click it again? In 2D game?

    I have created 2 Animations when the door is closed and when the door is open but i need the door to be solid when it's closed!
