  • I'd even say the should be included into the final version of Construct - and with every update, you'd get the updated lessons. This is one of the best ways to learn the tool, anyway.

Yeah, that would be a really great idea. We definitely need to work on the documentation, although according to my knowledge, that's already being pushed very heavily so kudos to everyone!

  • Alright, I just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing anything that would help. Thanks though.

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

  • Is there a way to detect collisions with individual particles rather than the entire particle object? I may be completely missing something here as I'm still very new to Construct, but looking through I didn't see anything.

I could always make particle objects and code it that way, but it seems like there's something that I'm just missing.

I would also like to destroy said particles.

This is for a Geometry Wars esque game. Thanks for your help in advance.

    I just now saw this!

Yeah, this was pretty epic. I can't imagine the powers required to MAKE this stuff tick.

  • Also... how did you get a sig image? I thought they were disabled for anyone under 500 posts

I didn't run across any problems when I put it into my sig; I uploaded it via Photobucket and put the

link in my sig. Is it a forum rule? I wasn't aware of any rule against it, but I'd be happy to take it out.

  • Thanks buddy! Overall, these tutorials are very professional and helpful for new Constructers.

(And you used the method I would've used for killing the enemies)

  • Nifty game, and I will say that yes, this game is really hard.

As for the jump key debate, you could just have both Z and Y do jumping; I'm a fan of the ZXC... + arrows system.
