  • Hello everyone !

I've made a new game with my friend Antoine. It's called Kroc Le Vilain

    <img src="http://www.ludumdare.com/compo/wp-content/compo2/201083/18891-shot0.jpg" border="0">

We did it in less than 72h for the Ludum Dare 48, with the following theme: You are the Villain.

It?s a little action/rhythm game where you have to frighten your minions when the hero passes them.

It's on Kongregate because I've used some non-official behaviors for the game.

If you want, help us by spreading and rating our game.

    Any feedback is welcome too ! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle">

  • That looks REALLY great ! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

It seems to be a big project, and even if it's all placeholder, I already love the art style.

  • Il n'y en a pas pour l'instant, comme je le disais c'est une sandbox, juste un build pour tester des mcaniques. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

There is no goal for the moment, this is just a sandbox build in order to test game mechanics.

  • Hi everyone !

I've recently started a new project called Super Kitten Factory.

It's gonna be a little game about a robot in a Kitten Factory (You know, the pretty one that sends you kitten for Christmas, or Death Metal concerts). <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle">

It's a one button game and it's gonna involve reflexes/timing as player skills. Players will have to catch as many Kitten as possible before the end of the timer. In order to do so, they will have to press space at the right time for sending their hook and bring back kittens.

The game is really in early development for now, but I'm working on it !

Here is an early build : Super Kitten Factory

(Sorry for the french text, just press "jouer" to start, that's an old build).

It's kind of a sandbox for me. Some of the mechanics may not be in the final release. <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle">

  • That looks really really great.

I love your style, the wide screen and the background (which feels unique to me) !

    I can't wait to try it. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hello everyone !

One month ago, I released my first Construct game on Kongregate / Scirra Arcade. It's called Deadly Ascension.

Now that Newgrounds is introducing HTML5 games, I've been able to upload mine. It's still under rating so please, help me showing the mighty power of Construct 2 on Newgrounds HERE ! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle">

    Thanks guys !

  • Thanks for the (really) fast reply, nice from you. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

Yeah they enable my account with HTML5 upload.

I had a few exchanges with Tom, I even sent him my zip file (I've done exactly what you said), but he found a problem with a specific file extension they didn't support. He told me they were working on it (like, 2 days ago).

Maybe he solved the problem and forgot to inform me. <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I'll try to reupload my game, thank's again !

  • Hey, great job on AirScape !

Newgrounds contact me few days ago. They proposed me to upload Deadly Ascension to their site but I have issues with upload.

How did you exactly put your game on Newgrounds (zip ? What type of export in Construct ?) ? That would be a huge help ! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • French :

<img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

    English :

Thanks everyone for your feedbacks, that's so nice to see that you enjoyed the game. For the record, the 8 first platforms appart because they teach how to play the game (lantern chain, patrol, ...), everything in the game is procedurally generated (I don't know if it means something :p). I prefer procedural to random because I've worked hard on some algorithm in order to make everything worked. I wish I could improve them but I'm still pretty happy about it. <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hello everyone.

I've just released my very first Construct game. It has been made in 5 days (Game Design and prog, my friend DrNozman made the art and another friend the music).

It's available on Kongregate here : Deadly Ascension

It will be soon playable on the scirra arcade (Still waiting for validation). <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle">

I hope you'll all enjoy it ! Help me by giving a great score to the game on Kongregate if you think the game deserves it.

    Each return will be appreciated.

Thanks all and once again, have fun with it ! <img src="smileys/smiley17.gif" border="0" align="middle">

  • I just saw that a few hours ago ! I'm sorry ...

It's just, I've tried to do that in a sub event and it seems to be impossible.

    Thanks for your great work and the reply ! <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • That's a really good idea dEspadas, I didn't thought of that. Thank's !

  • Thank's for the help ArcadEd, but that's what I used to do before I use the move to behavior (Move behavior instead). ^^"

It could be much simpler with an integration directly to the move to behavior, I think. (Sorry if it seems dumb or something, whatever <img src="smileys/smiley23.gif" border="0" align="middle" /> )

  • Hey, thank's for your work on the Move To Behavior, very usefull. <img src="smileys/smiley4.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

I have a little question about it : is it possible to know when the objet reach his target position ?

Knowing that could help me set the start of another event.

Thanks, and sorry for my bad english !
