  • I know that it works for android. Im pretty sure it works for ios as well but i might be wrong.

  • Well, thats excactly what i have done. But since the bullet dont know where it came from it just picks the variable from a turret (Dont know how it decides wich one). I guess i might have to give the bullet instance variables as well and pass those over from the turret. Thanks for the help.

  • Thanks Fidasx but I dont think thats going to work. The problem is that the bullet dont know which turret has spawned the bullet.

  • Hey!

I'm working on a tower defence game and having some trouble. When the turret shoot it spawns a bullet and shoot. And when bullet have traveled turret.range the bullet destroys. So far so good. But when i upgrade one turret and the range get improved the bullet dont know from wich turret it will get the range attribute. Same with damage.

  • Thanks for very detailed and good answers. I have decided though to go with groups that i set active and deactive depending on level and wave. That way i can specify how easy wave will be.

  • Hello!

I'm trying to create a tower defence game. But im stuck on how I should spawn the enemys in a good way. At the moment im just creating a random enemy every X second and X decreases after every wave. But I want to have more controll of what type of enemy and how many for every wave. If I were to create a event like level=1 & wave=1 for every level there whould be a very long eventsheet wich i dont mind but will it kill performance? Any tips are apreaciated.

  • Just completed the first 3 stages. But HOLY CRAP! This is a beutiful game and amazing gameplay.

  • Glad i could help

  • But of course it whould be better to use the round-function on the actuall variable instead.

  • Try this: Set Text to : " $ "&round(item1.price)&newline&"Income : $ " & round(item1.income)&" x "&item1count

  • Awsome game. Good job!

  • A particle whould do the trick i guess. Just make a particle that looks like a glass piece and change its attribute to one-shot and rate to like 5 if thats how many pieces you want.
