  • Way cool, thank you. This will help a lot. Downloaded and I'm playing with it now.

  • Perfect! I was about to implement a LIFO stack myself when I saw this in Kyatric's What You May Have Missed Thread . Now all I need do is add RandomArray's scramble feature to it and I have just what I need <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle">

  • Here's a good start: Particle effect C2

  • Yes. Inches; it's a battle of inches. One great thing about You Tube is there's no place for Faux News to hide anymore.

  • More pandering to the corporation. My country's corporations are a blight on the world community. Bin Laden is the terrorist? Iraq is the Axis of Evil? The USSR was the EVIL EMPIRE? LoL Corporate America, take a good look in the mirror. Asses! <img src="smileys/smiley11.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Excellent! This makes the question of adding a stack to my "learning C2" game simple! Thank You! <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Runescape. Wake Up The Box (1,2 and 3). OK, I admit it: I'm a Monty Python and Benny Hill fan so Wake Up The Box is a natural for me. <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Stalls at the splash screen, Google Chrome. <img src="smileys/smiley5.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • That's alright. I'm going to give the plugin a go; it looks fantastic! Thanks for coding it. <img src="smileys/smiley20.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Just off the top of my head: i believe you'll overcome that problem by pinning the player sprite to the moving block, then unpinning the player when it's time to move. Here is an example of when I'm talking about. Hope this helps!

  • How safe is this? Would someone be able to hack the system using a method similar to an SQL injection in the game? For that matter, would this be able to hijack an AJAX call and send the player to a phishing/malware site? Just wondering, I'm not yet up on C2 security.

  • The bullet doesn't seem to work. Visually it's a bit dark for my eyesight. The graphics are great! I'd like to see some physics applied to the jump effect. I like the use of the "fog of war" effect. Over all well done. With some polish, I'd buy it for my phone. <img src="smileys/smiley32.gif" border="0" align="middle" />

  • Hi:

Check out the Path Finder plugin. It creates a grid in it's demo game. Sprites make their own collection, so an array may not be necessary. Also, Objects can carry their own variables, so you can add data fields to the object itself.

  • Before you wipe XP, try doing a system restore to a point before you started having problems. Servers are a lot like anti-virus programs: they dig deep into the registry, they do not like to let go and they do not play well with others of their genre. Just my opinion: if you must have a local server, it's far better to have it run on a computer other than your game development computer.
