Yes exactly. Thank you very much! Well, actually, It would be it it was center point to center point. http://i61.photobucket.com/albums/h53/Sodisna/Lik.png Something like this. The laser would move stay at the center of the two laser makers.

Just in case you don't notice, the hotspot for the scaling sprite has to be aligned center-left.
Here's a dodgy example: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6660860/sine.cap
I say it's dodgy because you will notice that if the sine behavior takes the sprite away from the mouse, it stops (there would be ways around this). If you don't want it to stop when the mouse isn't over the sprite, just remove the Else condition.
Is this what you meant?

Indeed, that video card is far too outdated for Construct I'm afraid. You could probably upgrade, but AGP cards are becoming less and less common now as most use PCI-E. Would also need to know what power supply you're running as a new card will draw much more power than that one.
First of all, does this happen with the application runtime? (File -> New -> New Application)
What are your system specs?
Also, try re-installing DX9, especially if you're on Windows 7.
I never tried mine craft however, it is not worthy buying either, I seen some vids on youtube and it would be better off free imo.
Try it and you might be pleasantly surprised, the guy who is making it has already made a killing off it as you can see here: http://www.minecraft.net/stats.jsp. over 8000 people have bought the game just TODAY and i expect his total sales to be in the millions very very soon, especially with multiplayer getting better and the Halloween update coming. He is also starting his own company now and employing people....
People wouldn't be buying it if it wasn't worth it .
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
RomanCenturion, i could be wrong but i think Chezzy was talking about issues in the actual layout editor in construct.
Chezzy, are you sure you haven't somehow locked all of your sprites? Try right clicking in an empty space on the layout and going to Hide/Lock -> Unlock All. This doesn't explain why you can't get a selection box to show up though and i have no idea what could cause that .
Holy crap it's deadeye.
Welcome back!
With path finding:
http://dl.dropbox.com/u/6660860/followw ... inding.cap
In this example the follower sprite has the RTS behavior attached, and is always commanded to move towards the player. Note the wall has the solid attribute checked, this tells the RTS behavior to avoid it.
Without path finding:

This has no path finding OR collision detection, you can do the same thing with collision detection using the Custom Movement behavior and the bounce action.
Here's a VERY rough example.

If you have any questions, just ask, i don't have time to comment the .cap, but it should be pretty easy to work out.
I'm getting 18.5 also, can you share the .cap? Or maybe replicate the results in a fresh cap so we can see whats going on?
Wow! This is extremely cool!
One slight issue, i had to manually update the path to the space-ship model for it to show up.
Other than that though this is really nice
I use paint.net, it has a really easy to use interface and is plenty powerful enough for my needs, plus being free is awesome. Gimp is another free option, more powerful than paint.net but i can't stand the interface.
some systems reroute the PC speaker call through the soundcard.
I see, is there any way to make it not do this?
This is really nice, but i have a slight problem... the sound comes out of my headphones instead of inside my PC.
I know the one inside my PC works because it beeps a few times every time i turn it on...
I'm assuming its probably an option in windows somewhere? I'm running Windows 7 64bit
