SOOOOOOOLVEEEEEDDDDD!!!!
My mistake was that I created the events with the old cocoonjs plugin version that comes included with construct2.
When I updated the cocoonjs plugin, the game started doing that flashes (maybe caused by the old CJS events).
So i removed all cocoonjs conditions and actions, updated the plugin and redid the same events.
Now it works flawlessly!
***this is the working back button plugin: http://dev.frostytornado.com/2015/02/26/construct-2-cocoonjs-back-button-plugin/
So, I am currently trying to find a way to use the android back button with CocoonJS and I can't find a solution to this.
I applied this plugin (https://www.scirra.com/forum/plugin-cocoonjs-android-back-button_t92414) but when my app starts, Ludei's splash screen flashes infinitely.
I also tried to use this one (http://dev.frostytornado.com/2015/02/26/construct-2-cocoonjs-back-button-plugin/) but the same problem occurs.
Does anyone have a working back button with CocoonJS? If so, please tell me how to overcome this frustrating error
P.S.
Yes, I have the latest ludei's plugin installed
No, I'm not going to use XDK even if i wouldn't have this problem there.
Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.
The correct way to use "trigger once while true" is to put it as a sub-event
(Sorry for being late of 16 months to reply ahahah)
I experienced the same when updating ludei's latest plugin.
I removed the entire plugin, readapted my project, and now my game works again
andorade, thank you!! Your solution is perfect!
The only thing to change in that .capx is to set "on start of layout" instead of "every tick" for more performance
Hmm.. It' so strange that it doesn't run smooth on your htc one x...
Have you followed the performance tips?
What devices do you have?
I am so glad to know you have solved this problem
You're welcome
If you export for cordova you can't build it as "ad hoc"....
Build it with the cordova builder
