  Help! Every time I press command+option+I in preview, it just brings up email! I use Safari by the way, so this should be right, but it's not. If you or anybody you know knows something about this please post so I can have dev tools.

  you're new here, well so am I! But back to the topic, I have never used Timeline before, for the most part I've used Scratch not C3, but if you are making an animation, you want to switch frames so try making different forms of objects and use the Timeline to switch between them.
