  • Problem Description

Drag/Drop doesn't work correctly in IE11 in fullscreen OFF mode. Collision polygon seems to be somewhere out of the sprite. No problem with Chrome and Firefox.

    Attach a Capx

    Description of Capx

Just displays two objects with drag/drop behaviour. Try to drag and you can not catch the object exactly within the object boundary but somewhat outside (to the right bottom corner)

    Steps to Reproduce Bug

    • Try to drag the object with the mouse
    • Can not catch it at all points within object boundary
    • Can catch it only somewhere around right bottom corner

    Observed Result

    Can not drag/drop easily

    Expected Result

Catch the object and drag/drop easily with the mouse

    Affected Browsers

    • Chrome: (NO)
    • FireFox: (NO)
    • Internet Explorer: (YES)

    Operating System and Service Pack

    Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit SP1

    Construct 2 Version ID

    r173 stable 64 bit

  • Hello,

I am looking for an algorithm for snapping two sprites together (such as two neighbouring US states' maps).

    Thanks

  • Hello,

I would like to create a game which will display a US map with the states shown (or hidden). The player will drag and drop the states to their correct location on the map. When the state is dragged somewhere near the correct location the game will snap it there, otherwise warn the user.

Is there a tutorial for such a puzzle game?

    Thanks
