  So I have a plane and when the plane goes up from x to x+t in less than 2 seconds I want it to rear up. How do I measure the time span between the two positions?

  is there any add-on/plugin that implements a function to constrain a sprite movement on only one x at a time even when you can move it on both axis? if I remember correctly both Game Salad and Stencyl have this function.

  I was trying to use the pick nearest/furthest event with a family but it doesn't work, it doesn't pick the instance as I specified. it happens when I use a family while it works when I use other objects.

  in the .capx I try to pick and destroy an instance of the family that is 1000 pixels right from a global variable assigned ondragstart but it picks the instance that I'm starting to drag instead.
