  • Hi, I am not a lawyer so don't count on it that following is accurate

    it all depends on the country - so I don't have any clue about Iran, but I think a lot of smaller celebrities would avoid going into a legal battle with an Iranian citizen (except of course he is from Iran himself).

    If you put your stuff on sites like google play then, if you get spotted, they will take down your game or even your account. Also consider that if you host it the laws where the hoster has its servers or company will also be an issue.

    By law it doesn't matter if it's free or not (especially European law), but in practice this makes a huge difference.

    If it is comedy you are better off - here there are a lot of laws to allow you to do stuff to public persons as long as it serves comedy (especially US, but also Europe).

    The official way would be to contact the management of the person and ask. But there is a slim to no chance they will say yes without some huge demands.

    Actually, There is NO copyright rule in Iran and no one can do anything to me if I want to do anything to me but they can bring down my game from non-Iranian servers.

  • This game I think is the true showcase of what construct can do. GOOD WORK MAN! I hope the game itself would be as amazing as how the trailers are! An amazing combination of fantasy artwork and a fun fancy furious game-play and musics.

    A suggestion: As the game camera itself is so rotational; I think the HUD can rotate sometimes by camera's rotation.

    BTW; I hope you do amazing on your game.

    Yes we have the uncompressed video.Our team uses Adobe After-Effect but it does not seem to be able to export to ogv and webm.

  • It is in the documentation though that to cover all platforms you will need at least one free format source (Theora or WebM) and one H.264 source.

    I am sorry but I only have 2 formats: MOV & MP4 and when I searched I did not find any program that can change these formats to WebM & OGV without destroying quality of my video. Is there any solution for this

    I am making a racing game and I need to set the wheel speed to the car's speed but for optimizing I used all wheels as one object but I don't know how to set different rotation speed for different instances.

  • I want to export my file on HTML5 and then run it with node-webkit (Because there are two files and I don't want to have a double size for node-webkit runner) But when I want to run it I see the alert in the attachments. What shall I do now?

    • Import a video
    • Add a video object
    • Set it's source to the video
    • Set autoplay on
    • Run in the node-webkit preview

    Observed Result

    Nothing happens. I mean the video does not autoplay or even play <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_neutral.gif" alt=":|" title="Neutral">
