    Not sure if this is already possible, and it probably shouldn't be too high on priority, but it would be cool to have an object that can interact with mysql servers. For example-

    On Eden, I'll have the mysql object query the site server when a player logs in to check if he put in the correct username and password. This way, the player will be able to use the same account for the forums/site as for the Game itself.

    Ofcourse, there are literally hundreds of things you could do with such an object.

    Just a thought.

    Thats an interesting thought Alspal.. Hopefully this won't be the case. Bear in mind the demos i've posted have no top speed limit or anything (yet).

    Thats essentially all i'm asking. Is scripting in python faster to run (less CPU strain) than construct's events? Also, if anyone knows, compared to C++ how much slower is python, and how much is constructs events? (roughly of course, I'm sure some things are very fast and some actions slower).

    How can a server like that ever hope to run an MMO? It would have to be doing the collisions for alot of levels (I understand there are multiple servers for MMOs but still).

    Also, if one was to write a server app in python for example (if the online object supported this) so we could run the servers on linux etc. Then surely an array would be the way to do this?
