Is python faster than events?

Hi there,

Thats essentially all i'm asking. Is scripting in python faster to run (less CPU strain) than construct's events? Also, if anyone knows, compared to C++ how much slower is python, and how much is constructs events? (roughly of course, I'm sure some things are very fast and some actions slower).

Python is probably faster than events - but it probably won't make a difference to your game's overall performance anyway.
