I see someone has already tried it and broken the tos.
Do you feel that this is of such an important nature that it should give you the right to break the rules?
The site runs for years without issue, and when you find a flaw you feel that the world will end if it's not taken care of when you want it.
Furthermore if you really were looking out for the sites best interest, why in the world would you make a public post rather than contact Scirra directly?
