I see buttons to mark all topics inside a sub forum. But I don't see it on the board index. Is there no such thing in this forum?
Click on 'Board Index' and scroll to bottom of page.

Nope, no such thing on the very first board index page.
On the image at the bottom there is some small text. One is "Mark forums read".
