Hi! Currently I am translating Construct 2 interface, and I have found that behaviors, plugins and expreisiones well as the welcome screen and the window of examples can be translated, but you can not translate the conditions, actions and expressions of system events .... and I mean the file-US.xml. My question is if this file is protected?

You shouldn't attempt to translate Construct 2 right now. We don't actually support translations.@Ashley, has this changed yet? Could you elaborate a bit on this?
