I can't post in bugs board

I can't post in the bugs board for some reason, it tells me I have access denied or something.

As suggested by the page, I checked:

Cookies enabled?: Yes, and I also tried clearing them. No luck.

Using saved or cached page: No.

Firewall hiding or blocking IP?: No.

It's a bug in the forum, you should be able to just click back and re-post and it will go through the second time.
