Asking for a little help

So, sorry about the lack of updates, but now i have another question to you guys.

Does anyone know a chracter sprite that contains a move like this:

It's similar to an Shoryuken but, in my case, I'll need to do this movement with a sword, like in the GIF, for my game

Google: streets of rage sprites !

It reminds me of one of the ninja characters from the Samurai Showdown or Samurai Spirits fighting games. Probably Hanzo hattori or something... sorry, wish I could give ya specifics, but those games have some great swordplay combos.
