Advertising on the Arcade?

Hey friends,

just clicked through some games on the arcade, realizing that I didn�t find one with in-app advertising.

isn�t it allowed on the Scirra arcade?

Currently in app advertising requires 3rd party plugins, and the Arcade is still limited to vanilla Construct2. The new Arcade they are planning will allow approved 3rd party plugins, but I don't know if there it will allow ads.

The games in the arcade advertise Construct2, more obviously when other sites use the embed tool. (It's the main point of supporting the arcade.) So that may have priority.
