Any news "about Old TV filter" for C3? I have bought the one for C2, but it won't work on C3, sadly!

I converted this effect to C3. It is not difficult. But there is a problem. The effect for some reason increases the image and shifts it. At C2, this was not. I wrote an email to the author. But he is not responding yet.
