In Rocky III Rocky Balboa fights two times another guy named Clubber Lang
however the first time Clubber Lang and Rocky Balboa fight boxing style in the boxing ring Rocky Balboa loses to Clubber Lang and Mickey dies shortly after.

However after Mickey dies Apollo Creed trains Rocky Balboa and Rocky Balboa's second time boxing against Clubber Lang Rocky Balboa wins in Round 3 by punching Clubber Lang down and Clubber Lang does not get up until after the count of 10 and also Rocky Balboa again becomes the heavy weight champion of the world.
