I think both will fail :D so neither.
However, Ouya is doing a far better job for market penetration. more exposure, distributed in EbGames, Target and a few other big chain stores.
Game Stick is way more convenient. The idea that the console is a stick is gorgeous design. GS is more convenient.
However, the difference is minor. They are both Android OS that will require custom controller and IAP. Performance will also be very close to the same. Though I would lean towards Ouya as it's using a Tegra 3, where as GS is using one of the alternatives.
As for Ludie working on an Ouya compatibility. Well the information is second hand from one of this community who met up with Ludie staff.
