How do install my store purchases?

I have been away for about 5 years and I have several in store package purchases.

I am operating Windows7 on a PC.

How do I install the store purchases? It seems I can download them but then they stay there after I unzip them. I want to put them in my game folder so I can use them.

For your license the first thing is to download and install Construct 2 and then apply your license as instructed in the linked manual articles.

Once done, you can then open the template file (capx) inside of Construct 2.

You can unzip the graphic assets to a folder on your computer and add them to any sprite, tiled background, or other kind of graphical object like that within your projects.
