Sorry for the noob question, but thank for understanding my noobness.

Since it's using HTML5. I was wondering if a cell phone game can call a webpage hosted on my web server?

*Perhaps a frameset of 100% for the game and a frame with 0% that loads a counter on my web page so I know how many individual "NEW USERS" are playing my free game? (Or other neat tricks using frame sets)

Yes, I use the div plugin to call webpages on an Android app, the C2 browser plugin doesn't (didn't?) work how I needed it to in a mobile app.

However, I just use the Google Play developer console to show how many active users I have and then place ads using admob, which gives me lots of player analytics.
