Hi all. I am working on a game with serious graphics and I drew them on paper, scanned it into paint, Put the scanned files in dropbox, and I have dropbox on both my PC and Ipod. I am wondering is there an app for Ipods and Iphones that allows you to import pics. P.S I already saved the pics on dropbox on my ipod on my camera roll and I'm using IOS 7

Try ArtStudio by Lucky Clan on the iPhone. I have the iPad version and it's the closest thing you'll get to Photoshop on the iOS.
