    What the heck is this?

GameContainer is a lightweight C# application that lets you run your HTML games made in Construct (2) in a Windows Form. The only requirement is that you must upload the game to a webserver, but you can also debug your games with it.

    How does it work?

GameContainer uses Awesomium.NET, a fork of Chromium. Awesomium allows us to display our HTML game in an application. If your not a very experienced web developer this may sound like a weird foreign language, but... The only thing you need to know is that it works alright. :p

Give me screenshots. PROVE ME THAT IT WORKS!

    Well here ya go:

  • Try Construct 3

Develop games in your browser. Powerful, performant & highly capable.

Try Now Construct 3 users don't see these ads
  • So what is the licensing on Awesomium?

  • So what is the licensing on Awesomium?

    Free for indie developers.

Can't post links yet, but you can look it up.

  • I looked it up years ago when we had an Awesomium export option already.

    It wasn't free then either.

  • How is the FPS on physics and moving objects etc. I remember it being poor.
