Need a notification PLUGIN[PAID]

Hello, I am a Construct 2 developer. I need a CocoonJS notification(push and local, using "Parse") PLUGIN.

I know, that there is a CocoonJS plugin in C2, but there are only ads, scores and iAP.

So, I want my game to send push notifications, when player don't open it for 2 days, for example.

I only need a guy, who will make a plugin for me.
