Need some help

I know how to make a game and I know how to use construct 2 but there are things I want to do but I don't how, I try differents things but however I need some who I can talk with to give me some tips. Well firstly what seems to be your issues, what are you having trouble doing, and lastly is the problems technical or art side?

i need the computer to think by himslef example: tic-tac-toe i know how to make a player to put X but I dont know how i can make the computer think by himself? Any Ideas?
