Looking to start small group.

I am looking to start a small group for the development of a 2D multiplayer shootsor game. I plan to purchase a Construct License if I can get far enough in this. (Free should be enough to at least let me get some concepts down )

I need any help available, whether it be some networking genius or an artsy person.
