Where is this object and how can I add it to my project? I simply can't find it. Please help! I also can't export using CocoonJS. Where can I find these options?

Cocoon Ads is a plugin which can be downloaded from here:
github.com/CocoonIO/cocoon-plugins-c2
Cocoon JS is outdated and you should now use Cocoon IO which uses Cordova export, Cocoon IO is much faster and just better to use for games in my opinion.
