Whipped up in 15 minutes. 100% Pixel Shader Free

Up and Down to rotate the gear, and there's no selection code yet, but this is more of a graphical presentation of what one can do in Construct.

I've yet to see another free game maker that can do something like this with same smoothness. Construct rules!

That looks awesome sauce! Would it be too hard to code a selection for this kind of menu? If not, I'd so use this on some projects...

It's quite easy, but tricky. I've done it in a really dirty and quick way, but it's only the proof of the fact that this can be done. When the menu item is chosen you should see the text change in bottom left corner to be relevant to chosen option.

Just combined the cap you provided with a layout changer event. I only made it for New Game, but it's the same scheme for the other menu options.
