Get supported screen resolutions

How can I get the supported screen resolution list by the graphic card?

Ah, there's no way of doing this yet - I guess you could let the user choose between the common ones (eg. 1024x768) and the aspect ratio too. The common screen resolutions (like 800x600) are so widely supported I don't think you need to check if they're supported (although it would be good practice if Construct allowed you to).

And getting current desktop resolution, for doing an aplication in fullscreen? And resizing windows in window mode without rescaling the content like a Windows application?

Use the system information object to get the screen width and height, and using the system action 'Set display resolution' in windowed mode changes the size of the window.
