I noticed that for the "Generate Random Number" action i can only set the maximum number that it can generate the random number to. Is there any action on which i can specify the minimum? For example, i want to generate a random number between 10 to 20, instead of 0 to 20.

Generate a random number from 0 to 10 and then add 10 to the result, effectively changing the range from 10 to 20. It works for that simple example, at least.
