Particle effects and attributes

Hello everyone!

Ive got few simple questions.

1) Is it possible to create particle effects similar

in CC ? If it is , can someone give me a tutorial / example please ?

2) How can i make full particle effect smaller ( not particle ) ? Ps. Resizing sprite wont work. Which attribute i need to edit ?

3) How to bind particle effect to objects contour ? For example i want my character to burn.

BTW, whats about particles like in Skyrim , and which attribute is for particle size? ( I mean not single particle)

Skyrim is 3D, CC is 2D. Everthing else, like the foggy or flashy visuals is done with pixel shaders on top of the particles, and can be done in CC.

There is no global size attribute that scales the whole particle construction. You have to tweak the parameters to scale.
