Named Variables list?

Ok is there a list somewhere of all the named variables, like timedelta, mouse x, mouse y, etc?

Oh and im getting a little lag on start up. There was a dialog asking to check for updates when I first started Construct, and it no longer asks each time I start it, so Im wondering if its doing each time, causing the wait.
