Grass physics

Helo everyone. I want the grass to sine, when player walks through it, like in real life. Can someone help me please? Thanks.

Here's an example how I would do it:

There might be a simple method, but I have a habit to make things complicated <img src="smileys/smiley36.gif" border="0" align="middle">.

edit: if you get a weird effect, I reuploaded the .cap now and fixed it.
