Windows! (shape)

Is there alreay a plugin that can change the shape if windows?

And even can change the opacity of a window?

The reason I am asking this, because I am creating a new media player, An what is a media player without some cool graphics and stuff?

Not seen a plugin for this....the Python example by ROJOhound is the only example i have seen.
