I've seen some commercial tools made in Construct, but no games yet. Mostly because Construct hasn't been out very long compared to more established makers.

Unlikely, considering it's out on mac, linux and apparently psp as well.

I did a search, and there is a game being made in Construct called Hammerfright (previously named Hammerfight 2) so I can see where the mixup was made. It's on the Daily Click.
