dua kind of weird main character design, please add legs and it would feel nicer. Now, i know its simple so the way to get a lot of people to play it is to add lots of events(eg. christmas , st patricks, halloween, new year) or add a section where people can enter codes that you put in videos or a twitter account.
Also, try and add powerups like a speed powerup, a jetpack powerup. also add an endless runner mode and maybe do a high score board
