How do I use javascript?

Hello,

I'm using usually event on construct but I'm about curious about learning javascript.

So I decided to do a simple things. make a sprite named "monSprite" which can move.

I just created a project, open a new script and copy/past a code on.

I would like to understand, why is not working? I'm not using event. just put the javascript code and launch.

error appears. failed to load the script.

so, what can I learn?

okay thank you but I did'nt found out how to launch the javascript with consol.log ()

You should definitely go through the full Learn JavaScript in Construct tutorial series. Your code makes mistakes that are explained by that guide.
