  • HI everyone know how to turn particles into image like this sample here below

    https://www.yappy.com.au/

    thanks

  • Well it depends how you are creating the particles in the first place i guess!

One way would be to use a video/flash movie/ conversion tool that converts video/flash videos (or what ever the source file is) in to a .png sequence...

Another way would be to use a program like Blender (free/open source 3D program) and render that animation as a .png sequence too <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_e_wink.gif" alt=";)" title="Wink"> 👌👍

Oh and use Alpha channels (invisible background) so the 'background' looks transparent!

Hi OrionUK thanks. Actually I'm looking something simple to manage like a c2 plugin for example

  • It looks like each object is positioned on a grid. It should be simple enough to draw a tilemap and send a sprite to each tile that is "occupied".

As for the effect, there are two sprite sizes, and each sprite has two sine behaviors running to make it go in a circle.

  • I would use the Canvas plug to collect xy data from the images you want to simulate.

Ah right🤪... sorry for misunderstanding 😊... as you can guess, i am new to C3 and still finding my ‘feet’ so dont know C3 and its features too well just yet🙄... was just trying to think of a ‘2D work around’... in my innocents 🤣... i will leave you in the safe hands of the more experienced 😉🍀👍🏻

  • Here it is without plugins. That was kinda fun.
