How do I scroll to a different part of a layout?

I want to scroll to a different part of the layout when a sprite is clicked.

I set scroll setting to scroll to viewportright(0)+viewportright(0)/2 but the screen instanly goes to the middle of the next screen. I want the whole layout to move at say 90dt or something.
