How do I use random values in keyframes?

I prepared an animated process (by changing the frame) to create different dice values and it works smoothly now.

But I wonder if I can do this with timeline. It seems like everything would be easier if I could enter a random value in the value section, but unfortunately it only allows number entry.

I request your help regarding this matter.

You can use numbers or text.
