How do I use both Landscape modes for my Android app?

I am creating an Android app where Landscape mode is set in Project settings.

I would like to flip the screen by 180 degrees if the user flips his mobile device, seems like I can only flip the screen if orientation is set to Any but I do not want the user to be able to flip the screen in portrait mode. Only both landscape orientations should be valid, how would I be able to do this?

Wait for the user to realise hey I am holding the phone upside down, and then they turn it the right way

There shouldn't be a right or wrong way to hold a phone in landscape mode. Commonly, games use both landscape orientations when the phone is tilted. Sometimes for example charging cable might be in the way of holding the fold in whatever position you're in so it is quite handy to flip the phone so that the wire doesn't get in the way

Commonly, are you sure about that ? Every game i've played snaps to a landscape mode on one side and can't be changed.
