Can I convert a string to an expression ?

Hi folks,

Can I convert a string to an expression?

eg 'Set text to "Sprite3."&"Angle"'

and have it return the angle of Sprite3, NOT just the text

ps the above example is not exactly what I want, just an example.

It looks like you want this : set text to ""&Sprite3.angle which would just display the angle in text.

Thanks plinkie, but that doesnt answer the question. I know I can just put that straight in and get the angle.

That was just an example.

Imagine both of them are 2 seperate strings:

"Sprite3." is one string

"Angle" is different string.

I want to know if it's possible to add the two strings together and for it to be read as an expression, not just a string.
