How do I get chowdren?

I'm developing a fighting game, and I heard that chowdren improves the runtime for C2/C3. I've been trying to get in contact with the developer, but I can't seem to find them (where they are active at least). If anyone could give advice for obtaining chowdren, or to get in touch with them, I'd appreciate it.

Have you tried e-mailing the address provided on their webpage? If so then just be patient and wait.
