How do I build 1-button sharing of high score on FB/Twitter?

I would like to provide the option for the player to share his score of the game after he dies, potentially with a screenshot, some pre-set text and link to the game. Does anyone know how to do that in Construct 3? I would appreciate any pointer to the events needed to accomplish this. Thanks a lot!

Actually check the How do I FAQ for C2 there are a couple of example of how to do a button from a sprite and how to share on Twitter/Facebook thanks to the URL which is pretty much what you are looking to do.

It works for C2, it works for C3.
