How to write an event for interstitial ads?

I have posted this question 3rd time,

Really, anyone doesn't know the answer?

I am using ad-mob and phone-gap, I would like to add the banner and interstitial ad in game,

The banner ad is showing now, but the interstitial ad has not shown yet.

I have written event as below.

On start layout - preload interstitial

On interstitial received - show interstitial

please help me to solve the issue.

Did you used C3 . How did you make the banner ad show?

No I am using C2, I don't want to waste the money again in that <img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_evil.gif" alt=":evil:" title="Evil or Very Mad">

I am using phone gap for exporting apk, I want banner and interstitial ad in my game.

Only I can see the banner ads, but not showing the interstitial ads.

Yes, Phone Gap is free, but there is limit 50 mb.

I don't know about IAP and Google play services working or not.
