Construct 3 Licenses Now On Sale

Did you try to relogin?

To me it was still on game jam license but now it is correctly on personal license...

I logged into construct 3 and it is saying I am on the free version. I tried refreshing and it's still saying it.

Any tips on how to get it to recognize the license?

update: it's telling me that it's on the public beta

Are the subscriptions starting already? Because I cannot use the software. I looked and see that it's still in beta. Does that mean my subscription doesn't start til after beta is over?

Try re-log in. If all else fails, reset your browser.

Click "view/edit"

Click "manage licenses"

Ensure one unit is assigned to yourself. If not, please email support@construct.net and I'll take a look and sort this out for you ASAP.

The reason this might of happened (and happened to a couple of others) is:

• Gamejam license superseeded your own license for a short period
• When you buy some types of licenses it doesn't auto assign to you (this is now fixed)
• So when you bought, it looked like it worked but now gamejam is over, it wont work

Tom While it doesn't concern me personally, I think you should edit the latest blog post giving information about whether users are still entitled for the "buy C2, get first year of C3 for free" promotion. You said that there will be 2 releases for C3, now for early-adopters and a later one with marketing, etc. Which one of those releases stops the promotion I mentioned?

If you are wanting to buy the Construct 3 Licence and you have a Pay Pal account, order a debit card from Pay Pal. It will take about 1 week to get and will work just like any other Master Card. Hope this helps.

What if we don't have a paypal acocunt? Other debit and credit cards are acceptable?

While I will not subscribe to C3, I would like to point out a few things:

In the "Plans" page https://www.construct.net/ro/make-games/buy-construct-3

• I see the full price, not the reduced one (50% less first year for C2 users)
• It would be nice to see the price/month, like is shown in Buy C3 Personal , Buy C3 Business or Buy C3 Education
• What means "Easy Seat Management" that is not available for C3 Personal ?
• The free/trial version of C3 should be there as comparison.

Also, my C2 license is not shown in "Your Licenses" page.

Will expand on this later on website, but easy ability to add/remove/reassign seats. For schools, they can also generate temporary access tokens for classes so students don't need accounts and to have seats assigned directly to.

Tom, see if you can add some payment exclusive for brazilians in a way called "boleto bancário".. I saw that there is a brazilian on the Construct team, maybe he can explain how the "boleto bancário" works. many people here on Brazil dont have a credit card and can afford to pay with "boleto bancário". I bought my Construct 2 license on steam just because of this way of payment.
