When export to debug apk the module does add a debug apk, but when trying to save it locally to my device to try the apk it downloads a 3kb file completely difrernt to the apk. tried with several programs like edge and they have that download the apk error. they try to download a .bin of like 3kb. when i used it on 2017 it did download an apk i could install on my device.

Not sure exactly how you are not able to install and launch your debug APK file. Are you using Chrome when exporting?

Dont have a computer, sold it years ago. Have an android device. it does claim to save as debug but when i try to download it, it doesnt do it. it gives sumthing like blob: and tries to dowmload a 0 kb file.
